There will be space for 900 new workspaces with a total floorspace of 22,000 sq.m. as a key element of achieving the Holistic Plan for Gellerup and Toveshøj in western Aarhus. The new office premises will be constructed as a PPP (Public-Private Partnership) project. The project thus includes design, project design, building and construction of the complex with related car parking and outdoor areas, with the operation of the complex over a 15-year period as a key element of the project. The many square metres of workspace will mainly be allocated to the Technical and Environmental and Social Services and Employment areas under the City of Aarhus. C.F. Møller has been prequalified for the project, together with M.T. Højgaard and DEAS, which front the team. In the next phase, C.F. Møller will be up against three other teams fronted by CASA and Forenede Service; A. Enggaard and Enggaard Gruppen; and NCC Construction Danmark and ISS Facility Services.
