The new building, located in an area with approximately 1000 apartments, will - apart from medical clinics, specialist practitioners, dentists, physiotherapists etc. - house the area’s other health services such as the local home health care unit and physical rehabilitation facilities. Also located within the centre will be the housing association offices, a café, general education and fitness facilities.

The building, situated in the middle of the green park-like area, will stand elevated on a plinth - like a sculpture in the landscape - with splendid views and integrated seating facilities - a natural meeting point.

A central promenade will run through the centre, connecting all services and facilities – giving users and residents access to the several green courtyards of the centre, i.e gardens at ground level and roof terraces on the first floor.

Green spaces along with the flow of natural daylight has had top priority all through the design process. The same applies to the accessibility of all user groups - ranging from wheelchairs users to allergics with the design of e.g. extra wide hallways and spacious toilet facilities, along with the use of allergy-friendly building materials and planting.
