Following an extensive tendering process, Varde Municipality has agreed with C.F. Møller Architects, who will serve as client adviser for the expansion of the Town Hall, which is to be merged with the Varde Citizen Centre at Bytoften.

After 35 years, the iconic spherical arena has been renewed through a careful and highly technical transformation by C.F. Møller Architects together with HOK and schlaich bergermann partner.

In collaboration with brick manufacturer egernsund Wienerberger, C.F. Møller Architects has developed a concrete response to the construction industry’s growing need for circular solutions.
The result is MIX – a new brick series in which more than 30% of the content consists of crushed masonry from demolished buildings and construction sites. Materials that would otherwise end up as road fill or landfill are now being upcycled into new bricks with long lifespans and high aesthetic quality.
