C.F. Møller Architects delivers a strong performance in 2025

The Annual Report for 2025 shows a strong financial result, driven largely by progress across markets and areas of expertise, supplemented by the outcome of a concluded arbitration case.

The newly published Annual Report for the C.F. Møller Group, comprising Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Germany, shows a total profit before tax of DKK 50 million in 2025, compared with DKK 3 million in 2024.

A significant share of the result for the year is attributable to considerable growth in earnings across all of the Group’s geographies and segments, despite ongoing economic slowdowns in its home markets. The residential market remains at a low level of activity across all markets, while C.F. Møller has generally experienced substantial growth in demand within healthcare, education, care homes, corporate headquarters and urban development. At the same time, there has been progress in the energy, defence and industrial sectors.

During the financial year, a long-running arbitration case was concluded, which had a positive impact on the year's result. EBITDA was positively impacted by DKK 15 million, while profit before tax was positively impacted by DKK 28 million.
The result has therefore been achieved through strong collaboration across the Group, strengthened planning and a focused effort to make even better use of the organisation’s capabilities, supplemented by the outcome of a long-running arbitration case.

A strong foundation for 2026

Net revenue amounted to DKK 371 million in 2025, compared with DKK 274 million in 2024. The increase was driven by a combination of progress in the home markets, greater use of subconsultants and the conclusion of the arbitration case.

Lone Bendorff, CEO of C.F. Møller Architects, said:

“The result for 2025 creates positive expectations for 2026, based on a strengthening of our home markets and existing areas of expertise within research, healthcare, education and corporate headquarters, as well as growing expertise in transformation and refurbishment, defence and security, urban development, sustainability services and strategic advisory services,”

It is not possible to comment further on the arbitration case referred to above.
