Tampere Psychiatric Clinic, Finland has received the Gold Award for Best International Healthcare Facility at the Building Better Healthcare Awards 2025, recognising architectural excellence and innovation that improve patient experiences and outcomes.

To mark World Architecture Day on 6 October, Danish cities award their best buildings – and this year, C.F. Møller is nominated with no fewer than 10 projects.

With the new B-One Office building at Budapester Strasse 1, C.F. Møller Architects has created one of Berlin's most climate-friendly office buildings for Berlin Hyp. C.F. Møller Architects has won a competition organised by the Municipality of Malmö in collaboration with the construction company Wästbygg, with the proposal "Prisma Parkkvarter3". The proposal covers a triangular-shaped office building of 14,500 sqm, which will become a new landmark in the district of Hyllie, Sweden. The height of the building varies from four to nine storeys and is designed with roof terraces at different levels and structure in timber. Construction will start in 2024 at the earliest.

C.F. Møller Architects is designing a new schoolyard for Edsberg School in Sollentuna Municipality, Sweden with the aim of increasing the attractiveness and safety of the area. Central Edsberg will also have a new park and activity area, which can be used both during and after school hours.

Nya Kronan in Sundbyberg, Sweden wins Building of the Year 2022 award in the hotel and office category. Building of the Year is the most prestigious award in the social construction sector and is presented each year by the construction industry magazine. The award goes to an individual construction project completed during the previous year that has stayed within budget, had a high level of work safety and created added value.

The central station of the future will function as an efficient traffic node, through which many different flows can navigate smoothly. In addition, the station area must provide space for people to live and meet, with public places, greenery and sunlit spaces.

In collaboration with Finnish consultants, C.F. Møller Architects wins the task of carrying out a 160,000m2 hospital expansion of Tays Central Hospital in Tampere, Finland.

With a well-developed concept for housing for the elderly, sustainability and good architecture in focus, C.F. Møller Architects, together with Sveafastigheter, wins a land allocation for 80 housing units for the elderly and care homes with 60 apartments, next to the harbour in central Simrishamn on the Swedish east coast.

C.F. Møller Architects has in collaboration with Netto and Salling Group developed the concept for the first free-standing convenience store to achieve a DGNB Gold certification. The store is made of timber and cladded with wood and terracotta tiles.
