Transformative Blackwall Reach Development receives planning approval for Phase Three

The third phase of the landmark £500m regeneration project at Blackwall Reach, designed by C.F. Møller Architects, has received detailed planning permission, giving the go ahead for 315 new homes including larger family homes located on the ground and first floor levels, with private entries as well as private gardens or patios.
