Maibritt joined C.F. Møller directly after graduating as an architect from Aarhus School of Architecture. She was appointed Head of Healthcare in 2021, became an Associate Partner in 2022, and formally joined the partnership on 1 May 2025.
She has played a leading role in several high-profile and award-winning healthcare projects, including the Emergency and Infectious Diseases Clinic in Malmö and Aarhus University Hospital—Denmark’s first “super hospital,” inaugurated on time and on budget in 2017.
Most recently, Maibritt led the winning competition entry for a new university hospital in Hanover, developed in collaboration with German firm HENN. The project marks the fourth major hospital development in Germany where Maibritt has been a driving force. Her international portfolio also includes healthcare projects in the UK, Ireland, Finland, and the Baltic countries.
Maibritt Dammann has also been appointed jury member for the EUmies Awards Young Talent 2025.
