The project established a common base for all the organisation's employees with a focus on making the business area's identity and values visible. In addition, there has been created a space where employees from other locations in the organisation can periodically work and feel part of the community. Special emphasis has been placed on creating a multifunctional, flexible, and welcoming building, where the organisation's many external partners are also welcomed in a positive way.
Workplace Design
Development and implementation of activity-based work environments with free-seating, including the preparation of an overall organisation of the building into three zones: Collaboration zone, Dynamic zone, and Concentration zone.
Through qualitative and quantitative data collection, an in-depth knowledge of the organisation has been created, which forms the basis for the placement in the new building and the transition to an activity-based working environment. Zoning has been established, which is both clear and self-explanatory through the choice of furniture that naturally invites the different working methods and supports the desired behaviour.
Detailed design of all work areas, as well as a canteen and a central meeting centre. Focus on creating varied spaces and workplaces that support the types of work identified in the needs assessment. Preparation of a furniture proposal based on the company's building guide, as well as the design of specialised furniture to create a special identity in the building. The proposal also included a strategy for foils, art, and wayfinding.
