The aim has been to create a comprehensive and unique layout, with good and logical connections between club facilities and playing fields.

The club facilities are located centrally between the two lit show and training fields. The first floor cafeteria and roof terrace enjoy good views of these pitches, as well as the other fields that fan out in the landscape. The fan-shaped array creates wedges between the pitches for goalkeeper training, kicking and heading technique.

The building is surrounded by light walkways, which ensures an optimum flow between the building's two floors and good access from all facilities independently.

The facilities are organized as modules and are designed to be extended - additional playing fields can also be added to the overall layout of the facilities.

The aim is to make different user groups gather under one roof: Amateur and elite footballers, a sports kindergarten and the administrative staff. This helps secure an optimal utilization of facilities, as the various groups use the facilities differently and at different times during the day.
