The elegant 10,000 m2 complex is composed of three elements: an entrance hall which opens onto a square with a large glass panel, behind which is a U-shaped building, and an intervening courtyard area which links the two buildings together. Incuba Science Park is equipped with flexible open areas which can be adapted to fulfil various functions.
