At the same time, the glass facade also contrasts with and mirrors the dense and homogeneous neighbourhood of brick buildings. The building communicates a new pulse in the neighbourhood, with life both day and night. In order to achieve rational, contiguous floors for the offices, the existing heights in the reconstructed premises were continued into the new building. The building features open-plan offices with a café and reception area at street level. There are also TV studios at street level, as well as in the basement.
