The building has been stripped down to the concrete frame, and every other facade panel was removed to create a lighter interior. This creates a bright open-plan office layout, with offices grouped around a transparent core of conference rooms. The new more attractive facade design includes low-energy glazing and increased insulation of the roof, walls and basement.
