The residences and offices, which are functionally separated, enjoy the appearance of a single unit thanks to the dynamic, facetted relief pattern of the facade, which encompasses both the balconies of the homes and the larger glazed façade bays of the offices section. The entire building is clad with light greenish/gray sand-faced bricks, to create a coherent volume in the new dense urban surroundings.

The building is bisected by two passages which serve as access to the apartments and to the courtyard with outdoor areas for both the housing and business spaces. These passages cut right through the buildings with the exception of the uppermost, unifying penthouse floor, where there are meeting-rooms and generous relaxation areas for the offices.
