The project consists of 131 flats ranging from 55 to 100 m² in floorspace. They are designed as brick structures with sections of timber cladding, thereby building a bridge to the Ceres site's yellow-brick buildings from 1856. A good inflow of light and access to the courtyard's green oasis characterise the homes. With its structure as small, shareable flats with two-three rooms, the complex focuses especially on the city's young people and students, and on young families. All of the flats have access to balconies, combined with private recreational areas.
