The project's aim has been to create a place where the town, the building and the green urban space can interact.

One of the tower's striking special features is a green garden on the 15th floor. This courtyard garden has panorama views, and an especially good overview of Västerås and Mälaren.

Due to the tower's elliptical circumference, the tower does not have a rear side, but a continuous façade to all sides.

The many balconies covering the tower's façade are vertically connected by thin glass panes that are placed rhythmically in relation to each other. The balconies are a dynamic relief in the tower's façade, which in the dark winter season is highlighted by LED lighting. The balconies can be closed, to extend the outdoor season for residents, who can also use them as small greenhouses.

At street level, the tower frames a sunny public square, which will serve as the quarter's new meeting place. On the ground floor, towards the square, there will be restaurants and shops, with a green wall of vegetation decorating the long side of the square.
