The main layout consists of a number of parallel rows of non-detached row houses with two and three storeys – each containing two living units. The rows and the streets in between are oriented towards the water. At the same time each house is slightly displaced from the previous, which allows the rows to open towards the harbour and creates a visual connection from the individual flat to the seaside. A slightly curved sequence of outdoor areas and squares runs across the site - perpendicular to the rows - and interconnects the entire scheme.
