The building has a striking, exclusive natural stone-covered façade without visible mounting brackets. As a reference to the golden concrete shells on the adjacent listed storage cellar by Eske Kristensen, each window field is encircled by golden aluminium frames, giving the façade depth and creating varied views and beautiful shadow effects.
The ground floor is an open and transparent storefront, which draws in life from the quarter’s shopping precinct and the Bryggernes Plads square.
The transition between the base and the upper part of the building is emphasised by a cantilevered canopy that creates a covered space with a human scale.
There is also a rooftop garden from where the building's users have fine views of the attractive neighbourhood.
