The main layout consists of a number of parallel rows of non-detached row houses with two and three storeys – each containing two living units. The rows and the streets in between are oriented towards the water. A slightly curved sequence of outdoor areas and squares runs across the site - perpendicular to the rows - and interconnects the entire scheme.
