The scheme provides 42 residential units which includes six townhouses and 36 apartments. The proposal is divided into two separate but adjacent buildings which combine as a unified entity that respects the scale, context and materials of the surrounding area.

The design adopts the scale and rhythm of the surrounding terraces, using bay windows and brick and render. Regular entrances into ground floor units will help animate the street. Each unit has an amenity space - either a private terrace or garden. A communal roof terrace will provide additional amenity space for the residents. A children's play area is provided at the southern apex of the site.

The building has been designed to achieve Code for Sustainable Homes Level 4. All units are designed to comply with Lifetime Homes and the Mayor's London Housing Design Guide standards.
