How we act in relation to Covid-19 and working relationships

Covid-19 is spreading in Denmark, and on March 11, the Danish authorities announced new guidelines to reduce the spread of the infection.
C.F. Møller Architects follow these guidelines and strive, at the same time, to maintain focus on solving all tasks as planned, unless otherwise agreed with clients and collaborating partners.
An important element of the authorities’ plan is that everyone should avoid larger gatherings, close physical contact with others and travelling by public transport and the authorities encourage as many people as possible to work from home.

This means for C.F. Møller Architects:
• As many employees as possible will work from home
• Physical meeting activities are reduced to a minimum
• Travel activities are on hold

Attendance must be agreed with the project manager
Any need for physical participation in meetings in Denmark and abroad, visiting construction sites, etc. must be agreed with the nearest manager, who has the dialogue about this with clients and collaborating partners.
We have at C.F. Møller Architects a strong digital platform that enables us to work across offices and countries and with external partners. This platform will be fully applied to continue production through meetings via Skype and file sharing while adhering to government guidelines in close cooperation with clients and collaborating partners.

It is still possible to meet with customers and collaborating partners in our offices that will continue to be open. We will ask all guests for contact information in case we need to help the authorities to detect any chains of infection.
