“We were looking for someone with a strong professional background combined with excellent leadership skills. After interviewing several strong candidates, Thomas stood out as the most qualified, and we are delighted he accepted. Thomas’ calm and credible leadership style, high professional competence, and ability to deliver outstanding results make him a natural choice for the position,” says Søren Adamsen, COO of C.F. Møller Architects.

Thomas Olsen, Aarhus School of Architecture graduate, joined C.F. Møller Architects shortly after his studies. Recent projects he has worked on include the transformation of Dalum Paper Mill, the climate adaptation and nature development project the Stork Meadow, and Skellefteå Travel Centre in Sweden.

A Holistic Approach
The Landscape & Urbanism department plays a key role in C.F. Møller’s holistic approach, creating harmony between buildings and landscapes and integrating urban and green spaces as part of the firm’s offerings. The department comprises around 20 landscape architects and urban planners.

“It is a great honour, especially during C.F. Møller's centenary, to help set the direction for the next 100 years. At C.F. Møller, we build on a legacy that has helped shape the society we are all part of. With the experiences, collaborations, and results we’ve achieved, we are well-equipped to tackle future challenges—whether it’s urban spaces and city life, climate and water, energy, or the green transition. People and care for the world we live in are always at the heart of our work,” says Thomas Olsen, Head of Landscape & Urbanism at C.F. Møller Architects.
