C.F. Møller Architects has a strong 2021

85 new employees, acquisition of consulting firm mtre, and a strong improvement in earnings.

 

C.F. Møller Architects presents annual report showing a total result before tax of DKK 21.4 million in 2021, compared to a profit of DKK 8.4 million in 2020. The result is significantly better than expected and the management considers it positive. After tax, the profit for the year in 2021 is DKK 16.1 million compared to a profit in 2020 of DKK 7.0 million.


As of 31 December 2021, total equity amounted to DKK 72.5 million, resulting in a solvency ratio of 35.4%.

"Although Covid has created difficulties and unpredictability in the markets, the pandemic has taught us something and equipped us well since it hit. Among other things, a strengthened digital infrastructure has enabled us to maintain stable, high-quality production, with the added positive effect of strengthening the way we work across offices for the benefit of knowledge sharing, innovation, and flexible staffing," says Lone Bendorff, CEO and Partner at C.F. Møller Architects.

Strengthened organisation
A total of 85 new employees were welcomed to C.F. Møller Architects in 2021 and currently, the group employs app 330 ftes across five countries. 13 of the new employees come from the consultancy firm mtre which was acquired by C.F. Møller in 2021.The consultancy firm specialises in client, tenant and process consultancy, space planning and user involvement. In addition, C.F. Møller Architects strengthened the organization with Ronny Niemann, as new Head of Quality and several architects and landscape architects as well as specialists in sustainability.
