Berlin Hyp Offices Achieves DGNB Platinum and Diamond for Climate-Friendly and High-Architecture

The B-One office building for Berlin Hyp, designed by C.F. Møller Architects, has achieved DGNB Platinum and DGNB Diamond certification, underlining its position as a benchmark for high-quality, climate- and human-focused office architecture. In addition, the project has received ESG verification in accordance with the EU Taxonomy, confirming its strong environmental, social, and governance performance.

The building achieved an overall DGNB score of 87.8%, with particularly high results in ecological quality, process quality, and location quality, and was awarded DGNB Diamond for its outstanding architectural, interior and cultural design quality.

Sustainability was embedded throughout the project, including advanced solutions such as façade-integrated photovoltaics and geothermal energy. At the same time, the design prioritises well-being, openness, and social interaction, creating a future-oriented workplace with high spatial and environmental comfort.
