Prequalified for new High-Rise in Oslo

Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter in collaboration with C.F. Møller Architects in competition For The Fjordporten Building at Oslo Central Station.

Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter in collaboration with C.F. Møller Architects are happy to announce that we have been selected amongst 26 international applicant teams for the restricted competition to design the new “Fjordporten” building for Bane Nor Eiendom.


Team Reiulf Ramstad Arkitekter in collaboration with C. F Møller Architects , Bollinger + Grohmann Ingenieure, Baugrundinstitut Franke - Mebner und Partner GMBH and Transsolar Climate Engeneering, are to propose a new 35,500m2 high rise building of high-architectural quality for office spaces and commercial activities at The Oslo central station Area in the heart of Oslo.

 

With its pre-defined volume and height as well as its central and visible location in Oslo, the Fjordporten building will have a prominent role in the cityscape.


The competition due date is in October 2017, with planned construction start in 2018.
