The buildings, with both commercial office space and retail space formed as a shopping street, are of a varying structure forming an ensemble of squares and gardens. The differentiated building volumes rise from a 4-5 storeys base to 11-23 story high-rise-buildings - all with generous views of Copenhagen City and the sound between Denmark and Sweden. Walkways between the buildings create a flexible and varying layout strategy that ensures a dynamic and adaptable size of the tenancies.

The robust architectural vocabulary embraces the possibility for a material differentiation of the individual building volumes, using for example concrete, copper or stone to create a unique identity within the overall composition.

The buildings are placed at one of Copenhagen's high-profile addresses with direct access to the motorway which connects Copenhagen City and Copenhagen Airport and leads on to Malmö in Sweden. The project is also placed directly on top of a newly established underground car park with 3000 spaces
